Care Instructions

Machine washable. Wash on a gentle or delicate cycle with cold water. Dry on low heat. To plump it up further, you can use a few tennis balls during the drying process.

Down products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receiving, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. Being sealed in plastic packaging can also sometimes cause the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. This can be solved with a few hours of airing, as it usually removes the odor. We recommend down comforters are fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution. We also recommend wrapping duvet inserts in your favorite cover for added protection and style.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

Lovely Comforter!

This is a beautiful comforter in every way but it is very warm. My old down comforter felt lighter for sure but for allergy purposes I needed a down alternative. Love the baffle box style. If I didn't run so warm at night this would be 5 stars especially for the price. Hope it holds up down the road...

Terrible Service, terrible company!

And you have the nerve to ask me about something I never received!... Embarrassment is what you should feel. Customer Service is terrible!... C.S. don't care once out of their warehouse, they tell u it's out of their hands if it's lost and you have to do your own investigation and even after proving my order was delivered to an unknown address in a different state, the want me to wait until they feel like. I want my money back of an order I never received. Terrible company, terrible c.s. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
