1- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERS
Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. With 5000+ skus online, from time to time an entry error may occur in the contents of the site. By placing an order with Egyptian Linens.com or any of the affiliated sites, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold Egyptian Linens.com responsible for typographical and/or photographic errors. With respect to items sold by Egyptian Linens.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT typically charge your credit card until after your order has entered the fulfillment process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our websites may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. By placing an order, you agree that Egyptian Linens.com will not be held liable for price discrepancies and you acknowledge and understand that human error does occasionally occur, especially when dealing with such a large number of items.

5- GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without reference to its laws relating to conflicts of law and not including the provisions of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Venue for all disputes arising under this Agreement shall lie exclusively in the Superior Courts of the State of California in Los Angeles County or the United States District Court for the Central District of California (as permitted by law) and each party agrees not to contest the personal jurisdiction of these courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, Egyptian Linens.com shall have the right to commence and prosecute any legal or equitable action or proceeding before any non-US court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive or other relief in the event that, in the opinion of Egyptian Linens.com, such action is necessary or desirable.

No action of Egyptian Linens.com other than an explicit written waiver or amendment may be interpreted as a waiver or amendment of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use or Privacy Policy. The Egyptian Linens mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Egyptian Linens (“Egyptian Linens”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Egyptian Linens’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Egyptian Linens through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Egyptian Linens. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
