Notice: Down products are packed tightly during shipping. Upon receiving, remove them from their packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours to recover their full loft. Being sealed in plastic packaging can also sometimes cause the scent of these natural products to concentrate to a disagreeable level. This can be solved with a few hours of airing, as it usually removes the odor. We recommend fluffing the down comforter at least once a week to maintain down distribution. We also recommend wrapping your all-season duvet insert in your favorite cover for added protection and style.

Duvets

The duvet is great but not as fluffy and filled with goose down as the duvets I bought in Europe which is my fault because I didn’t take note of the type of duvets I ordered. Duvets come in different thicknesses and weights to fit according to the weather. When I brought my Duvets over from Europe there weren’t any Duvets in the USA. I don’t know why Americans call a duvet a duvet insert. A Duvet is traditionally white cotton fabric filled with goose down. Then traditionally duvet covers are purchased to cover the duvet. It is taken off and washed which keeps the duvet clean. I have multiple duvets and duvet covers. I change the covers weekly when I change my sheets. Anyway, wake up America quit inventing names for things that have been around in Scandinavia since 820 CE and in China 3000 BCE which was silk outer with feathers stuffed inside. I love duvets next time I buy a duvet from Egyptian Linens. I will be sure to note the level of warmth to get a fuller duvet. I love love love duvets because they are cozy soft covers to cocoon myself in which helps me sleep soundly! I also love the fact that I can change the covers weekly! Egyptian linens is a great place to buy elegant bedding for your home.

Very nice. Love it

Very fluffy and warm Aaaaa++++

I love this comforter. It is not the 90 x 90 size as stated. It's like 88 x 90 which I didn't measure exactly. I got a duvet cover with it size 92 x 92 and now I have to get a seamstress to cut the cover and that will run about 60.00. The company asked me if I wanted to return it, which would have been a big hassle and I would be cold, as I live at 7k ft altitude. My older one from IKEA had feathers coming out of it and I was tired of vacuming. The company gave me back 30%. That was nice but now I have to deal with the alterations.

Texture is exquisite.
