Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

Same web listing, different brand

I purchased these a year ago and they were the brand "Abripedic" and I was very happy with them (5 out of 5 stars). More recently I purchased the same sheets in the same colour (using the webpage I had bookmarked from last time and also using the link from my pervious order to make sure I was ordering the same set). This time the sheets I received were the brand "Royal Tradition" instead. The fabric and colour are the same and the thickness also seems the same. The difference is in the finishing. The Abripedic sheets had much nicer hems and detailing on the top of the flat sheet. The Royal Tradition flat sheet had a lot of threads coming out of the hems and the top of the flat sheet didn't have any nice detailing. I checked to make sure I ordered the same sheets as last time and I did. I'm not sure why the brand was different.

Quality sheets!

Finally I found deep pocket sheets that generous enough in size that they stay fully tucked! The flat sheet is also a very generous size! The quality of the cotton can not be beat! Lovelovelove!

Id rather sleep on straw

My boyfriend and I splurged on these sheets and were incredibly disappointed. It feels like we spent 5 dollars on these at Target. By far the scratchiest and worst sheets we’ve ever used and we are soooo sad about it. We have decided these will be our backup sheets and we are officially looking for sheets again. They feel like a scammer sold us sheets and we fell for it!

Perfect!

Finally found what I was looking for. Both my husband and I are very happy with these sheets. The material is very comfortable and smooth. They wash well and I am so happy that the fitted bottom sheet stays put! No shrinkage! Worth every penny!
