Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Customer service does not honor warranty and sheets are ridiculously big

I ordered 2 of the King sheet sets, 2 extra setsof king pillow cases, and 2 extra sets of standard pillowcases. All of them were in linen. When they came in, the color was more gold tone, than the light taupe that is shown online, but I didn't feel like dealing with the return for something so minor, so I didn't do anything.

The fabric was thick and nice out of the box, but when I washed them, they were so incredibly wrinkly. I always use 100% Egyptian linen sheets, and I have never had such problems with wrinkles. But still, I didn't want to deal with the returns, and figured maybe I could iron them or something.

But then I tried to put the washed sheets on my 17-in thick mattress, and they were so huge. The fitted mattress did not fit at all. I have the thickest mattress that is made. There is no reason that an extra deep set of sheets would ever swim on my bed, but it does. And yet, I thought I could just tuck it in tighter.

But after 2 months of sleeping on them, I literally had gone to the point that I hated them. My husband complained about them. And then my cleaning lady told me she hated them too because they were so wrinkly and they didn't fit. Like I said, they don't make a deeper bed than the bed I have so there is no reason that sheets would ever be too big on my bed, but they were.

This is when I got to the point of contacting customer service. All they offered me was 50% back on my sheets. They did not offer me anything back on the pillow cases, which I obviously wouldn't have purchased without the sheets. They claimed that I contacted them beyond the 60-day warranty, but I placed the order on July 26th and I contacted them on October 1st. I did not receive the sheets until August 1st. The warranty should have still been in effect and I should have gotten a full refund. But they did not.

I have never had such a bad experience with the customer service or with the sheets themselves. Do not buy sheets from this company.

Luxury 1000 tc Sateen - Wonderful!

So thick and soft. Generously sized and fit my very deep mattress. They felt a bit stiff at first but after using and washing twice, they are very soft. These are thick sateen sheets. We have a cool house at night year round. Might not be right for you if you want thin, crisp sheets. I love them. We have had 2 previous fitted sheets wear through, but I doubt these will for many years.

Great percale sheets

Love the weight and crisp cotton, and yet still very smooth to the touch. Ordered king sets, and I wish they had twin sets for some of our kids rooms.

Amazing

I love everything about these sheets. I no longer overheat at night and the quality is worth every penny.
