Not happy with your purchase, we offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment. We do not offer free returns, however as an option, we can assist with providing a return shipping label at a discounted rate. We include a 90-Day Warranty against any manufacturing defects for all our products from the date of purchase. For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process.
