The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Quality issue

I bought this duvet cover less then 8 months ago. I’ve washed it several times as instructed and it ripped. I asked for a replacement but was over the 90 day mark and they declined. I’m very upset bc i wanted to continue purchasing from this company. I’ve owned many duvet covers from other companies that have lasted years. If a product is defective in such a short time a replacement should be sent. That’s how most companies work. Very upset. I would’ve purchased again from them if they honored their product. But they don’t. Very unhappy.

The quality of the hybrid fabric feels and looks very nice. I have not opened or used this Duvet Cover as of this date as the actual color upon arrival is much more yellow then the tan color that appeared in the online color sample. I am unsure if I will keep or return as amazingly the more yellow tan does coordinate with my existing drapes

Not as advertised

When I bought this I thought it would look exactly like the picture but once I got it NOPE not even close to what the picture advertises. Don’t waste your money here. Fix your pictures and don’t lead customers on to what they see on a picture “will” be what they get.

Super warm winter duvet set

Very cozy. Wont get cold. AT ALL! very warm for winter. Sometimes you have to put leg outside of blanket. Heavier than expected. Still, very nice quality. Get ALL my linens from here. Very good quality. Heavy duty bed duvet set.
