Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

Absolutely incredible

These sheets are amazing. So soft and cool. And for the price I can’t even believe it. Make sure you wait for a sale and it’s such a deal! Highly suggest.

Very soft! Actually fit Cal King bed!

These are lovely sheets. Very soft, colors are true to the photos. They need some ironing touchup - but nothing unusual.

Would not recommend:(. UPDATE at bottom

I was really excited to get some sheets that were a step up from just picking something up from Target or Walmart or whatever, but these did not live up to my expectations. Certainly not for the full price (glad I didn’t pay that!!)

I sleep really hot, so I was hoping the temperature regulating properties these touted would help with that, but I haven’t noticed much of a difference between these and our normal sheets. For being called “silky cotton”, they weren’t nearly as soft as I expected. I wouldn’t go as far to say they’re scratchy, but they’re definitely not my fave.

Just a heads up, the Charcoal color kind of a purple tint to it?? Not a huge deal, I’m not picky on the color, but I know that matters to some folks!

All in all, a little disappointed, and I wouldn’t purchase these again.

Update: After posting this review I was emailed by a customer service who was very helpful in trying to right the situation with my order. While I’m still not impressed with the sheets, the customer service is superb and I appreciate their effort to make it right!:) I would consider trying a different style next time I want to make a bedding purchase.

Very Average

I am not impressed with these sheets.
They are very thin and lightweight.
The elastic on the fitted sheet isn’t strong enough, and the sheet doesn’t stay tucked in.
Rayon/viscose is supposed to be cooler than cotton. But every night I wake up hot.
When I first opened the package, they were soft and smooth, and there was a slight sheen. After a few washings, the sheen is gone, and they’re not as soft.
I bought a similar set of sheets at a major retailer for the same price, and the quality is much better.
These sheets are fair at best. I would not buy them again.
