The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty against any manufacturing defects for all our products from the date of purchase. For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Only reason I did not give it a 5, is I wish the duvet cover had a zipper vs buttons. Besides that great set.
The Duvet Cover i bought is just beautiful, the color and texture made whole room Calm and Peaceful . the pillows made great harmony with my old burgundy

When I first received the Janet Duvet Set, I was disappointed that it wasn’t as heavy a fabric as I had hoped for but sleeping under it each night has proven to be a wonderful experience, especially with my added quilt.

This is a really pretty duvet cover. The design and the colors are beautiful and it matched my room so well. I had it on my bed for about 3 nights but the material was too slippery for me so I had to remove it. I decided to give it to my grandson since I can’t use it and he really likes it.
Just got this set and was confused at first as I guess didnt realize what a duvet was. I contacted their customer service and they explained and were quick to help me. I decided to keep the set since it really is beautiful and got a comforter from this company. I now have a completely new and beautiful bed that is a dream to sleep in.
