If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you have 7 days from the date it is marked delivered to file a lost/stolen package claim. Please be sure to check with neighbors, household members, or anyone else who may have been present.

Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. Final Markdown items are final sale with no returns. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.
Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.
For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.
Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

I am so, so pleased with the quality and look of this duvet. I knew that anything I bought from Egyptian Linens would be quality - and this duvet does not disappoint.
It feels like brushed Egyptian cotton. Mind you, I don't believe it's Egyptian cotton, but it is gorgeous, substantial, quality cotton nonetheless. The color is rich (gray), the pattern lovely and tasteful, and the buttoned ends of the duvet do not gap open. This is my favorite duvet I've had in years.
It washes and dries beautifully too. I didn't bother ironing it and yet it still looks gorgeous on my bed. I've purchased bedding from Egyptian Linens before and they have never disappointed; the quality has always been there for me.

Satisfied, happy customer
Although this is an adequate cover, it isn't worth the price. If I'd paid $30 I would have expected this quality. It's cheap feeling and just barely fits a Queen duvet, and the shams don't quite cover the queen pillows. Also, although the color states periwinkle the pic looks more blue. It's actually almost lavender. BTW, it's made in China.
Will look forward to working with this company when needed
