The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

SOFT, High Quality, and Very Generous Sheets

I read many reviews before purchasing and did some research on 100% cotton high thread count (TC) sheets. Some reviews state that the sheets are stiff and too oversized, some mention that they wrinkle…well, please note, 100% cotton means they are not blended with any other synthetic material and thus, THEY ARE GOING TO WRINKLE. You can minimize the amount wrinkles by taking them out of the dryer promptly and smoothing them out by hand, or, do it the old fashioned way and iron them. I personally like to iron my sheets. High TC sheets will take time to “break in” after multiple washing and use, they will become softer and more flexible…just like a good ole pair of jeans! Regarding the oversize of these sheets, I advise to measure your mattress. If you never have issues with regular sheets fitting your mattress, then these will definitely be too big for your mattress. I have arthritis and have an extremely oversized mattress for comfort and a gel mattress topper that makes my mattress 20-22 in deep. I ordered the extra deep pocket 1000 TC sheets in hopes that they would fit my oversized queen mattress and these did not disappoint! In fact, they are still roomy! But it is fine, because I was able to put my 4in thick mattress topper on and still had room. At first, I was a bit concerned that it didn’t have a snug fit, but, turns out that it’s better to have the extra slack so the mattress can breathe and conform to my body without the sheets being so taunt that there’s no give. Plus, having the extra slack means that none of the sides are riding up, shifting, or popping off!!! That has always been a pet peeve of mine! The sheets are extremely soft on the first wash and so luxurious to sleep on! I believe that the ones I ordered are SATEEN, so, they are going to be softer than the traditional plain cotton ones. OMG!!! I am in love with these sheets and will be purchasing another set.
A year ago I purchased a gold set and thought they were extra deep pocketed, and they are 1200 TC, but the fitted sheet was too small for my mattress, as well, they are much heavier and stiffer than these as they are not sateen. I totally understand that higher TC sheets take time to soften and break in, but these 1000 TCs are PERFECT! They are not too thick but I can tell these are very high quality sheets. I also read that when the TC is too high, there’s less breathability and traps the heat from your body. Being that I’m at the age of having personal summers and night sweats, my other set was too warm for me. I hope this company will have a gold set just like the white ones I have now. These are absolutely perfect!

Finally!

I have been wrestling with sheets with shallow pockets for too long. I surrendered a couple of weeks ago after ending up exhausted (I am not young and do have arthritis) with only three corners done. I went online and found your sheets and ordered them. Voila! The sheets fit without a fight. I'll probably order another set
