If your package is lost, missing, or you suspect it has been stolen, you have 7 days from the date it is marked delivered to file a lost/stolen package claim. Please be sure to check with neighbors, household members, or anyone else who may have been present.

Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

If I could give my sheets stars, look at the Milky Way. The first set I got slmply because I need very deep pockets for my mattress and started searching online, found the web site, checked details, bought sheets, fell in love. Simple as that. I loved the size, weight, the feel, the wearability so much I had to get another set. The extra length and width on both top and bottom gives just the right amount of “extra” to stay put instead of slipping off corners and coming untucked. Thank you so very much Egyptian Linens.

HORRIBLE SHEETS

DO NOT PURCHASE… horrible customer service and even worse product, first wash sheets started to come undone! Trash product!!!

They were not kidding in the description

They were not kidding in the description, these really are oversized and deep, even after washing and drying. Love the heavy, crisp but soft fabric, it feels luxurious. I do iron my sheets on the bed, and the pillow cases, just because I like the hotel feel, but you really do not need to if you remove them from the dryer quickly and smooth them on the bed. Would I order these again, in a heartbeat.

Threads spill over the edge seams that make me think the fabric edge was not finished. Time will tell how they last. I like the weight of the fabric so much that I decided to risk the loose threads rather than return. .
