Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

Surprised!!!!!

We went out on a limb here and purchased sheets from this company we knew nothing about! We always buy good sheets, but the brand we normally buy from, hotel collection, had gotten some really bad reviews since our last sheet purchase, so I decided to try something different! We got boll & branch sheets as a Christmas gift and I gotta tell you, I was not impressed I was so surprised by this brand, the sheets we bought were absolutely the best sheets I have slept on! From the moment I opened the package, I knew I had chosen well, the weight was my first clue, they were so thick And heavy, they just feel expensive. They softened right up in the washer and dryer, but still kept their thickness! These sheets are a game changer, not to mention they are made in the US, and at an excellent price point, I also really appreciated the personal touch of receiving an email from the CEO. After our order, it’s nice to know your business is appreciated! My husband is ready to order a second set from them so we have back ups. I cannot recommend the sheets enough and will be buying all my family sets for Christmas. Everybody deserves a good set of sheets so look no further Egyptian linens is the BEST!

Hard to believe this is 1000 count

I like how deep the pockets are and the material is nice and thick...but it is not soft at all. I've had softer 400 count sheets. My other 1000 count set from another brand is so much softer and comfy. The texture of this set feels like should have been $40. When you pay extra for 1000 count, you expect more than this.
