This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Excellent sheets with a very deep pocket, elastic strap, and a very good value for 1000 thread count

I found your product online, looking for sheets with a very deep pocket and high thread count. I initially purchased one fitted sheet. I’ve since purchased a second fitted sheet on its own and a third as part of a set. I’m happy with everything. The sheets are well made.T he pocket is very deep. I like the elastic strap that fits under the mattress to hold the sheet in place. My only suggestion is for that strap to be a bit longer and sit deeper on the sheet, further from the corner so it holds onto the mattress better. It’s too close to the corner now so sometimes it gets loose. Still, a five-star product. Plus, with the sales and discounts, it’s a very good value, especially for the 1000 thread count.

Queen sized sheets way too large and don’t fit the bed

Hubby who is crippled and in pain 24/7 due to a back surgery that went “south” wanted to surprise me with these beautiful sheets for our wedding anniversary and for our new “retirement” home. I only opened them yesterday to put them on our two queen sized beds. These sheets are way too large and might be too large even for a king sized bed. Since we have now slept on them one night we might just have to throw them away even though we spent a lot of money on them. I love the feel of the cotton but they are wrinkling up due to the larger size and hubby who sleeps on his back due to his surgery is most uncomfortable. We only realized last night to recheck our order and he didn’t know he was buying 22” deep pockets. I guess we will have to go buy sheets locally so we can swap these out. I am giving a 4 star rating because I think the quality is great but the size is way too large.

Superb quality, deep pockets

The fabric is so luxurious. The sheets feel like high end hotel quality. The pockets are very generous. We have been looking for sheets that would stay on a mattress with an 4 inch topper (22 inches total). The sheets fit and with room to spare and stay snug.

Way too big

I ordered these sheets for my king size mattress that requires deep pocketed fitted sheets. The pocket depth isn’t the problem…the king size fitted sheet is so much bigger than a standard king by several inches in the top, looks awful and won’t be able to use it.
