The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. We include a 90-Day Warranty from the date of purchase. If your Egyptian Linens products are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Egyptian Linens warrants that. At Egyptian Linens’ option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Egyptian Linens determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids, oils, gels, body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Egyptian Linens product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Egyptian Linens product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Egyptian Linens product(s). Egyptian Linens will replace only the item that has a defect, and is not responsible for replacing entire set.

For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

Refused to accept orders/deliveries will be refunded less outbound & inbound shipping fees.

Threads aren’t cleaned up

Washed the sheets for the first time before sleeping on them and noticed there are a lot of threads hanging off the flat sheet all along the seems. I’m not talking about 1 or 2 threads; there are bunches of threads in clumps of 10 all along the seems. It took me more than 30 minutes to clean these up with scissors and a lighter. I’m No offense but for $150 I shouldn’t be cleaning up the threads. I gave it 2 starts because I like the thickness and quality of the fabric. Knocked down to 2 starts for hundreds of loose threads and price. Not sure if I will buy again or would recommend to be completely honest.

Best sheets EVER!

I already ordered a second set of these sheets. The high thread count makes them very durable. Somehow, they make me feel cool when the temperatures are warm outside and warm when the temperatures are cold outside! I absolutely love them.
