Not happy with your purchase? We offer a 60-Day Return Policy. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition to be refunded back to the original method of payment, otherwise, a store credit may be issued. This does not include your original shipping and handling fees. For more information, please contact our customer service team below for further assistance.
We include a 90-Day Warranty against any manufacturing defects for all our products from the date of purchase. For replacements, please email us at cs@EgyptianLinens.com and include pictures of the defect to speed up the replacement process. Please note if the item has been used or washed and has a defect, it will only be eligible for a replacement not a refund.

We have not yet used this fitted split king sheet and pillow case set just yet. The set certainly looks and feels very nice. The price was fair, and the quality seems to be high-end. It may have seemed odd to only purchase a bottom fitted sheet, but somehow we wound up with a newer top sheet with no bottom. Thanks for the quick response time, and shipping.
